How to Invest
If you are interested in investing, please contact us and we will send you the following materials:

1. Private Placement Memorandum

Prospective investors must read the Private Placement Memorandum and, when ready to invest, should complete, sign and date the Investor Questionnaire and both Subscription Agreements, and return them together with an investment check payable to Pacifica Mortgage Fund, LLC.  We will then return a signed Subscription Agreement and Guarantee Agreement acknowledging your investment to keep for your records.
